Anyone know how to delete a follower?

Image Riyadh has started following me and 348 (up from 297 only a few minutes ago).

Like I give a crap about dental hygiene in Saudi Arabia. I lived in Riyadh as a kid and I didn’t care then either.

Don’t think there is a way, unfortunately.

Wash his car with phosphoric acid. Then throw the bucket at him.

He won’t be following anything again after that.

I hate spammers with a passion, the pricks.

What do they think were going to do, go “ooh, dental hygienists in Riyadh, where’s my sodding passport?”

I tend to pick up followers from commercial interests too. I just ignore them. Is this causing you problems?

No problems. They just boil my pi55. I hate spammers.

No argument there. All I can see is it gets me to look at the post page of a new follower once to see who they are and see a list of advertisements that I will never click on.

They’ve been a busy bee.

I wish there was a way to just delete them and block their ISP.

There’s nothing you can do, so just don’t let it bother you I guess.

The follow feature is pretty useless...

I once made a disparaging remark (in good fun of course) to Tarvish (or is it Tarvarish?) and he started following me. I’ve been on my best behavior since. Kind of.

You object to the following or does he/she/it post stupid stuff? If the latter, simply dismiss it.

I have a few followers who insist on chiming in on everything I post. I have told two or three of them that I am dismissing their posts. They still post a few times and then they quit.

It’s getting a notification that someone I’ve never talked to on here is following me. At least with some on here I’ve conversed with several times.

I don’t know what the ‘following’ thing does, whether it lets them know if I’ve posted something or whatever. I just don’t like the idea of it and when I look to see who it is, it’s just a whole load of adds, in this case for dental hygiene in Riyadh.

If that is it, ignore them. I have several hundred followers. All it does is it tells them when you have posted something. If you don’t interact with them, you will never even know they are there.
